What the free account includes
You can create an account, enter your scope, and run one penetration test without paying. A run that errors out does not consume it.
What the subscription unlocks is the part with the value in it: each finding's title, the evidence, how to reproduce it, and how to fix it, plus the generated reports and further runs. Unpaid, you still see the counts, severities, categories, and which of your own assets are affected, so you know what you would be paying for.
Questions about billing
What does it cost?
$499 per year, billed annually. There is one plan at one price, and it is not priced per seat.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Creating an account is free, and a free account can set up its scope and run one pentest. A run that fails with an error does not count against that allowance.
What do I actually see without paying?
After your free run you can see how many issues were found, at what severity, in which category, and on which of your own assets. The subscription is what unlocks each finding's title, evidence, reproduction steps, and remediation guidance, along with the generated reports.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes, annually at the then-current price until you cancel. You can see and change the renewal at any time from the billing portal in your settings.
How do I cancel?
From the billing portal in your settings, at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund partial periods.
Is this a replacement for a manual penetration testing firm?
Not for everything. If you need bespoke business-logic testing, a regulator-mandated assessor's sign-off, or a contract that specifically requires a named human tester, engage a firm. This is built for companies that need real testing and the accompanying evidence to clear a customer's security review.
